A miraculous event took place in Palma, Majorca, when a woman, who had been declared dead at a hospital, suddenly came back to life while being transported to her own funeral.
The woman had reportedly taken a severe turn for the worse and was declared dead by medical professionals. She was then moved from the mortuary to a funeral home, where preparations for her burial were underway.
However, panic struck the funeral staff when they noticed that the woman had a pulse and had even moved her fingers. In disbelief, the staff immediately called for paramedics, who arrived at the Son Valenti funeral parlour and confirmed that the woman was indeed alive.
The woman was swiftly rushed back to the Juan March de Bunyola Hospital for further medical care, although her current condition remains unknown.
An internal investigation is now underway to determine the cause of the erroneous declaration of her death and ensure such an incident does not happen again.
