A man, Jimmoh Isaac, is currently fighting for his life after being set on fire by his female neighbor, Ifeoma Moses, during a heated argument in Benin City, Edo State.
According to the victim, the altercation began when he questioned Ifeoma about removing his clothes that were drying in the compound. During the argument, he was unaware that she had a hidden keg of petrol nearby. In an act of anger, Ifeoma poured the fuel on him and set him on fire.
Thankfully, other neighbors intervened in time and managed to extinguish the flames before it was too late. Jimmoh Isaac is now receiving treatment in the hospital for his injuries.
The case has been reported to the police, and investigations are underway. Authorities have assured that the responsible individual will face appropriate legal consequences.
