JUST IN: Bobrisky Allegedly Arrested at Seme Border While Fleeing Nigeria

Controversial Nigerian lifestyle influencer, Idris Okuneye, popularly known as Bobrisky, has reportedly been arrested at the Seme Border while attempting to flee Nigeria for Benin Republic. This development was revealed by social media critic, Verydarkman, who claimed that Bobrisky was apprehended by Nigerian immigration officers during his attempt to escape the country.

According to Verydarkman, the arrest is connected to an ongoing investigation by the House of Representatives. Bobrisky had allegedly refused to appear before a panel following the leak of audio recordings where he reportedly admitted to bribing his way out of prison and having a money laundering case dropped with the help of a high-ranking individual referred to as his "God-father."

In a statement shared on Instagram, Verydarkman wrote, “Bobrisky has been arrested this morning at the Seme border while trying to enter Benin Republic to escape the current investigation by the House of Reps. He is allegedly being held by Nigerian immigration.”

This incident follows a string of controversies involving Bobrisky, including an ultimatum given by human rights lawyer Femi Falana, demanding a public apology and retraction of defamatory statements allegedly made by the influencer.
