A viral video has shown an accident allegedly caused by Enugu Vehicle Inspection Officers while chasing a tricycle, the female VIO officer in the video has her right tigh completely ripped off down to her knee, a body of a man suspected to be the tricycle driver is also seen lying lifeless on the ground, the tricycle is completely shattered. This reportedly happened at a popular Okpara Square area of Enugu metropolis, opposite State House of Assembly Complex.
