The Women Support Women Community Network (WOSCONET) has congratulated thousands of successful candidates recruited as teachers under the Enugu State Smart Schools programme, describing the development as a major boost to education and employment in the state.
The group also expressed appreciation to the Enugu State Governor, His Excellency, Barr.
