The (ADC) has declared its readiness to proceed with all party congresses from the ward level up to the national convention, despite the ongoing leadership dispute.
The party maintained that monitoring by the (INEC) is not a mandatory requirement for the conduct of its internal processes, stressing that no court ruling has nullified the National Working Committee led by .
According to the party, it has already fulfilled its legal obligation by formally notifying INEC of its planned congresses and convention. The Commission, it added, has duly received and acknowledged the notification.
The ADC urged its members and supporters to remain focused and committed as the party moves forward with its internal democratic processes.
Reaffirming its stance, the party echoed its rallying call: ADC arise, ADC arise, arise and shine Nigeria.
