The Special Adviser to the Governor of Enugu State on Digital Economy and MSMEs, , has extended warm birthday felicitations to the Governor of Enugu State, , as he marks his 54th birthday.
In a goodwill message, Hon. Chilo-Offiah described Governor Mbah as a visionary leader whose bold and reform-driven governance continues to redefine the trajectory of Enugu State. He noted that the governor’s commitment to building a modern, digitally-enabled, and economically resilient state has remained both inspiring and transformational.
He further highlighted the administration’s strategic focus on innovation, enterprise development, infrastructure renewal, and human capital advancement, stating that these pillars are laying the foundation for sustainable growth and prosperity.
Speaking on the digital economy and MSME ecosystem, the Special Adviser commended Governor Mbah’s clarity of vision and decisive support, which he said have enabled the implementation of impactful programmes that are unlocking opportunities, empowering entrepreneurs, and positioning Enugu as a leading hub for innovation and productivity in Nigeria.
