BREAKING!! [VIDEO] Lady Caught Writing Exam For State Commissioner

An exclusive video obtained by SaharaReporters has exposed a shocking case of alleged examination malpractice involving the Taraba State Commissioner for Finance, Mrs. Sarah Enoch Adi. The footage shows a woman identified as Leavitt Felix being apprehended while allegedly sitting the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) professional examination on behalf of the commissioner.

In the recording, examination supervisors are seen interrogating the suspect, who admitted during questioning that she was taking the exam for Mrs. Adi. The supervisors confronted Felix with details from their system records, which matched the commissioner’s credentials and confirmed the impersonation attempt. When asked to identify herself, the woman stated her name as Leavitt Felix but repeatedly mentioned “Sarah” when pressed about the person she was representing.

One of the exam officers revealed that a background check on the registration details linked the candidate to the Taraba State Ministry of Finance, where Mrs. Adi serves as commissioner. Despite this, the suspect claimed she did not personally know the commissioner, insisting that an individual identified only as “Joshua” contracted her for the job. She said she could not provide Joshua’s surname or place of work.

The exam supervisors, visibly alarmed by the revelations, threatened to involve the police if the suspect refused to provide full disclosure. They warned that all gathered information would be forwarded to law enforcement authorities for further investigation.

This development comes on the heels of growing public criticism of Commissioner Adi. In August, Taraba State civil servants called for her removal alongside the state Accountant General, Mr. Gauis Danjuma, over alleged irregularities in a biometric verification exercise that controversially removed more than 7,000 names—including senior civil servants—from the state payroll.

Mrs. Adi, born on April 9, 1973, in Wukari, Taraba State, holds a Doctorate in Accounting from Nasarawa State University (2023) and a Master’s in Banking and Finance from Ahmadu Bello University (2011). She was appointed Commissioner for Finance, Budget, and Economic Planning in August 2023 by Governor Agbu Kefas.

As of press time, neither Mrs. Adi nor the Taraba State government had issued an official statement on the incident, while calls for her resignation continue to intensify following the release of the damning video.
