BBNaija Star Bright’s Manager, Vic Matt, Abducted and Killed in Enugu
Nigerian entertainment industry has been plunged into mourning following the tragic death of Victor Tobechukwu Okoli, popularly known as Vic Matt, the manager and close friend of Big Brother Naija Season 10 housemate, Bright. 
Vic Matt, who was also a respected executive producer and film director, was reportedly abducted on Friday at near popular New Haven, Junction Traffic Light, By Juhel Filling Station spot in Enugu, and later shot dead by his captors.
His death was confirmed by filmmaker Ben Cassie, who took to Instagram to pen an emotional tribute, describing Vic Matt as a man of integrity who distinguished himself in an industry often riddled with envy and betrayal.
“It is hard for some of us to see those who genuinely wish us well. You always dropped words of encouragement even when I was most silent. In an industry of snakes and scorpions, you stood different. All you wanted was to make good films. You were cool, calm, and intelligent. To be kidnapped and killed is such a heart-wrenching way to leave this earth. For all the times you made me laugh and looked out for me, thank you… Goodnight, Vic ♥️,” she wrote.
The heartbreaking news has sparked an outpouring of grief from Nollywood stakeholders, colleagues, and fans, who have taken to social media to celebrate his legacy and express outrage over the growing wave of insecurity in Enugu and across Nigeria.
Many described Vic Matt as a talented filmmaker, motivator, and loyal friend, whose life was cut short just when he was making greater strides in the entertainment industry.
