The ambitious project, strategically situated adjacent to the Enugu International Conference Centre and directly opposite the iconic Michael Okpara Square, underscores the governor’s commitment to infrastructural excellence.

Designed to redefine luxury and hospitality in the South East, the 340-room facility will feature 224 single rooms, 64 business suites, 25 diplomatic suites, and 2 presidential suites, offering unmatched comfort and sophistication. The hotel will be operated by a globally renowned hospitality brand, assuring world-class service from inception.
