On behalf of the resilient and progressive women of Enugu State, Mrs. Rita Edeh, wife of the Executive Chairman of Nkanu East Local Government Area, has extended warm and heartfelt birthday greetings to Her Excellency, Mrs. Nkechinyere Mbah, the First Lady of Enugu State.
