A mentally challenged woman gave birth to a set of twins along the Gboko-Katsina/Ala road in Ipav Mbaikpur, Gboko Local Government Area of Benue State on Monday, December 30, 2024. The incident occurred in a public area, where the woman, in a highly unstable condition, reportedly threw the first baby onto the road shortly after delivery. The child was later discovered by passersby, who immediately took action to rescue the infant.
