BREAKING: Tinubu Orders Immediate Release of Detained Minors Following EndBadGovernance Protest

 


President Bola Tinubu has mandated the immediate release of all minors detained in connection with the recent EndBadGovernance protest. This directive underscores the President’s commitment to upholding the rights of young citizens while allowing ongoing legal proceedings related to the protests to continue.


In addition, President Tinubu instructed the Ministry of Humanitarian Affairs to ensure that the affected minors are safely reunited with their families. He further ordered a comprehensive investigation into the actions of all law enforcement agencies involved in the detainment, highlighting a commitment to accountability and a transparent review process.
